Will Horton

President and Chief Executive Officer


As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Horton is responsible for the operations management of 29 HOAs at 28 resorts in three countries and 11 states. With more than $375 million in assets under management, PHM oversees $75 million in annual HOA budgets and $60 million in rental and other travel related services and products. Prior to PHM, Mr. Horton held operation management positions for Wild Dunes Resort, AmeriSuites, Hampton Inn, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Festiva Resorts. Mr. Horton is a Registered Resort Professional, as recognized by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), a Real Estate Broker and former Board Member for the University of South Carolina College of Hospitality, Retailing and Sport Management Alumni Steering Committee. Mr. Horton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina as well as post-graduate certificates from the American Hotel & Lodging Association Institute.


Scott Styron

Chief Operating Officer


Mr. Styron oversees the day-to-day operations of the resorts and hotels in the PHM portfolio. He works closely with the Director of Resort Operations and General Managers to ensure adherence to brand standards and corporate policy. His focus is to streamline operations to ensure maximum profitability for our owners. Mr. Styron has served as Regional Director of Resort Operations and Director of U.S. Resort Operations for Festiva as well as management positions within Interstate Hotels and Resorts where he earned two consecutive Pinnacle Awards of Excellence from Hilton Hotels. He has more than 20 years in the hospitality industry serving in almost every aspect of hotel and resort operations. Mr. Styron received his bachelor ' s degree in retailing from the University of South Carolina and is a Registered Resort Professional from the American Resort Development Association. Mr. Styron holds several industry certifications from the American Hotel and Lodging Association.


Dennis Patenotte

Chief Financial Officer


Dennis Patenotte, with 8 years experience as a senior financial analyst in the vacation ownership and timeshare industry, leads PHM ' s finance and accounting divisions. Patenotte has a proven track record in finding and improving financial inefficiencies in all areas of resort management, from timeshare marketing, resort operations and HOA management. In addition to his day to day fiduciary responsibilities of managing PHM ' s $375 million in managed assets, he is the organization's primary liaison with the company ' s financial partners and works diligently to direct and implement PHM's financial growth strategies and capital investment projects. Mr. Patenotte has his Masters of Business Administration from Western Carolina University.


David G. DeShaw

Senior Vice President


Accomplished, award-winning executive with 28+ years of management experience within the hospitality industry. Adept in leading operations at luxury residences, vacation ownership properties, upscale hotels, and resorts, including Hilton, Sheraton, and Crowne Plaza sites. As Senior Vice President for Patton Hospitality Management, David is focused on overseeing all aspects of the Resort Management Division though key performance indicators measuring profitability, experience levels, quality, asset protection, design, resort development and company expansion. A passionate leader with a clear vision and the ability to execute strategies while driving positive results. Notable credentials include LCAM ( Licensed Community Association Manager), RRP (Registered Resort Professional), CMCA (Certified Mangers of Community Associations) and CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator).
